Oh these butterflies are so lovely and topped of with a few gems look really great. The outside flowers are stickers and the centre one is fluid chalk inks ,surprise surprise. The stamp set is Henbury lane.

Good news and Bad

The good news is I have just been promoted to full time supervisor of Arts and Crafts at The Range Bournemouth.
So you will be find me at work a lot more. Demos will carry on at the Range as normal.
The bad news I have had to stop doing the demos at The Range Plymouth. This has been a hard decision to take as I love go down to Plymouth the customers always make me so welcome and I have such a fantastic day.
Thank you ladies for all your help and support you never know I may see you if I am making a store visit.

Any one for tea

How I love these tea cups there are so many different techniques. Stamping, embossing, and decoupage so which ever one you like there is a product for you. I love the corner punch range there are 6 in total.

Ah this spring card has one layer of decoupage which is mounted on a twisted paper spring and a couple of flowers.

Big thank you

Wendy you are a saviour thank you for bringing in the cancer research bags we bagged and boxed a further 600 this morning so our total to date is 1700 a fantastic achievement. I know there are still some to come in so this could rise by next week. If you still want to bring your cards in that would be great.

Tri Fold Shutter Album

Wow is was great fun and so simple once I worked out the measurements. Simple these couple of cards are made using the Laura Ashley flock rub ons they are so yummy and really easy to do. These are both positive images but we also did a couple using the negative images as well I will post these when I find them!!!

We all love Tina and she comes up with some lovely simple ideas while I am demoing away so I thought you would love to see here simple mat and layering invite. This was beautiful and very quick. It had to be "big brother" was watching!!!

Slider card easy once you have made one. This one has the ribbon positioned slighty differently so that it pulls out with ease.

This is another variation of one I did in a demo early in the year.

This doesn't show to well but what I have done is stamped and embossed these 2 the silver one is all stamping and the other one is a stamped heart in clear with clear embossing powder and a wedding invitation peel off, a couple of gems and its finished very simple and cost effective.

Cancer Research Cards

This year we are collecting cards for Cancer Research Last year we collected 2700+ for Marie Curie so we are hoping to collect 3000 this year. If you want to help us that would be great you can send or drop of your cards at the range bournemouth. If you want to come along to the store and make some we will be there on April 24th 10am-4pm this will be the final push to achieve our total as the closing date is 30th April.
All cards need to be A6 and can be for any occasion. Please leave the centre clear.
To date we have approx 1400. So we still have away to go.

Plymouth 20th March

Thank you ladies for another lovely day. The trip down and back way horrid with the rain and the fog, but once again you made me so welcome. It was lovely to see so many new faces and hope you all picked up afew helpful tips. Looking forward to seeing you again in May.


So are you an Andrex person or a Stores own toilet roll buyer???? Yes what a strange question to be asking!! but it is all relivant to this project. As this cute mini scrapbook was made from flattened toilet roll tubes and "Persimmon" papers. I think you will agree that it is rather lovely and a talking point.
