The new range of papermania cards are really good at 300gsm they are a higher weight than the Anitas. There are a lot of new ideas in them white, cream and pearl. gate folds and tri fold apeture as well as scalloped. Lots of different sizes including a small 3x3 in scalloped or plain edge.

A variation on a theme this one uses kraft card which is the new papermania 300gsm range Noel is a Christmas chipboard that I coloured with fluid chalks. I also used the masking technique to put the litte deer in front of the large one.

This card shows the punched flowers better.

Woodland folk is so cute this card is using the double sided papers, decoupage from the 8x8 pack a few stars and of course the edges need chalking with the fuid chalks.

These stickers are really nice my tip for using the larger ones is to cover with masking tape and rub down with an embossing tool gently ift and place on you card rub down with your finger and the image will come of nicely. If mounting onto glitter card don't forget your bald patch.

Her it is the Christmas Ball
Posted by Picasa
I apoligise for the explanation but unfortunatly putting instructions into words and in reverse order is not my forte. I hope you have as much fun doing this as I did and call back again as I will be loading tons of more things on soon.

Click on older posts to see the rest of the ball.

You will need 60 squares and a bottle of Anita's Tacky glue. Your glue needs to be strong to hold the folds together.

Take a square it can be any size but I would suggest no bigger than 3 inch and no smaller than 13/4 inch

Fold your square in half corner to corner.

With the fold line facing you fold the outside point up corner.

Posted by Picasa
Fold the flap back so it sits on the outside edge.
Posted by Picasa
place your fingers into the flaps and fold back.

Fold the flaps back so they are in the inside of the petal.

Fold the flaps back to create a square and put your glue on the outside of the flap and stick together. See next photo.
