Framed Christmas

Take a square card and fold on the score line. Take another piece of card in the same colour and cut 1cm smaller than the card cut a frame leaving a 1.5cm border. Cut a piece of paper .5cm larger than the frame stick to the card. Add foam pads to the back of the frame and stick this onto the card. Stamp onto the paper using the message from the Christmas clear stamps. Stamp out 4 poinsettias from the same set and colour in, decoupage these up and place on the left bottom corner. Using dimension stickers stick a star flourish onto the top right.

BOW FRONTED CARD

This is another bow fronted card. I have perfected this and instead of cutting a slit and a flap you now punch a hole in the same place on the slit panel and throught both the front and the other panel. Set eyelets and thread ribbon through the holes tie in a bow. This is stronger than the flap and slit.

CASCADE SHAKER CARD

The instructions for this are further down and now you will not have to lie on your side to see the finished sample.

The Range Exeter demo 12th July

This is a square gatefold card I used some of the Christmas papers coloured in and decoupage ruddy. I used my whisper pens water and a paint brush. I found out something yesterday red and green make brown. I know everybody knows this but I must have been kicked out of art on that day.
