Hi what fantastic weather we are having the sun is shining and we are all thinking about our holidays. With this in mind I will be away for a time so there will be some weekends when there will be no demos.
As you will know we had a fantastic response to our Marie Curie cancer care cards with a total of 1284. If you have any cards that you wish to donate to charity I am collecting these again. This time they will be sold to raise money for an orphanage in South Africa. Please bring them in to me by 27th June. I will then be thinking about our next venture.
We have had our first Christmas demo which went very well so do watch for more demos in the coming months. The next one will be 11th July.
The scrapbooking workshops are going very well so if you need more information do come along and see what we are all about. The weekend sessions fill up really quickly so do book your place a.s.a.p.
Technique Thursday is another of our ventures that is going well. Remember the aim of this is for you to have a go. If there is something that you want to know how to do ask me and I will try and sort it out for you.
On Thursday 4th and 18th June we will be making an envelope card/book. If you want to have a go join us at 5pm – 7.30pm bring along your basic tool kit which must include a cutting mat and some double sided tape. These sessions are normally free in order to keep to this you may be asked to bring along some of your own materials. For this session you will need to bring 7 envelopes all the same size as well as enough paper to cover them all front and back. You will need to come along to both sessions to complete the workshop. This will be repeated on 19th and 25th July.
